Delete your data

Sera is designed so your profile, chat history, feedback, check-ins, and Sera's memory live on your device.

Delete data in the app

1. Open Sera.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open Privacy.
4. Tap Delete all my data.
5. Confirm the deletion prompt.

Delete the app

Deleting the Sera app from your device removes the local app data controlled by the device operating system. If you reinstall Sera, local history may not be available.

Subscriptions

Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
