Need help with Sera? A real support mailbox still needs to be added before App Store submission.
What to include
- What happened and what you expected to happen.
- Your device model and iOS version.
- Your Sera app version, if you can see it in Settings.
- Screenshots, if they help and do not include sensitive details.
Subscription help
App Store subscriptions are managed through your Apple account. To cancel or manage a subscription, open your iPhone Settings, tap your Apple ID, then tap Subscriptions.
You can also open Apple's subscription management page.
Privacy and data
Sera stores your profile, chat history, feedback, check-ins, and memory on your device. You can export or delete local data from Sera's Privacy settings where available.
